Parents’ Morning Out

OUR MISSION

Our program is to provide a safe, caring environment for your children that will allow parents or caregivers a much needed time out. It is our desire to provide a constructive and meaningful program with activities that will help the child grow emotionally, mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

Your child’s day will include music, outdoor play/gym time, story-time, and crafts. We believe the best way for your child to learn is by being active and playing while they aquire new skills and knowledge. As the little ones play and interact with one another, they begin to make friends and grow socially. In our older classrooms, we use a unit studies approach. Each week, a new book or theme is selected. Our crafts, activities, poems/songs, will correspond with that particular book/theme. We will also work on letter recognition, phonics, math/number skills, motor skills, etc…

Trinity Presbyterian Parents’ Morning Out is available to children who are at least eight weeks old and who will be four years old by September 1, 2024. Our program is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, beginning August 15, 2024, and running through May 16, 2024. Our hours of operation are from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Our classrooms are divided by age beginning with our infants, a separate room for our toddlers (11-23 months), and individual rooms for our two, three, and four year old classes.

TUITION AND FEES

We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child into the Parents’ Morning Out at Trinity. To register your child’s place in the program, you will need to fill out a registration form online and pay the annual registration fee once we have notified you that there is space available for your child. Only by providing both the registration form and registration fee do you secure your child’s place. Please do not send any payments until you have been notified that there is a spot for your child in the classroom you are registering for.

2024-2025 Tuition and Fee Schedule:

• Registration Fee (paid annually) is the amount of one month’s tuition.
• Tuesday, Thursday: $235.00 / month
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: $310.00 / month
• Wednesday (if available): $175.00 / month

*There is a 10% discount for each sibling’s monthly tuition. Tuition is due the first day of each month. We will assess a $25 late fee if received after the tenth day of the month. There are no deductions due to illness, holidays or missed classes.

Trinity Presbyterian Church REQUIRES a current copy of your child’s immunization record, no exceptions.
